Mark Cannon, Christopher Berg accused in East End graffiti spree

RIVERHEAD - Police have arrested two Suffolk County men for a graffiti spree on the East End.

Officials say storefronts in downtown Riverhead were covered in graffiti yesterday.

According to police, the newly renovated Suffolk Theater had white ink on its new windows.

Cops say Mark Cannon and Christopher Berg, of Coram, were caught while spray painting the roof of Griffin Hardware yesterday morning.

If convicted, Cannon and Berg face up to a year behind bars.
