WOODBURY - ? Nassau County Executive Ed Mangano has laid out his plan to cut millions from the county budget.

The plan includes reducing the workforce by an additional 200 positions.

Mangano says if the county follows his plan, it will close the remaining $45 million budget hole.

Mangano has already laid off hundreds of workers and downsized police precincts.

Officials say the plan does not include raising taxes.
