CORAM - The Suffolk district attorney announced an indictment today against a man who is accused of stealing the identities of dozens of brain injury victims. Prosecutors say Benjamin Achampong, 30, stole the identities of 50 patients with brain injuries.

Achampong allegedly did it to file false tax returns and collect refunds while managing the Long Island Head Injury Association.
