MASSAPEQUA - A Massapequa man accused of taking pictures of a girl at an ice cream shop has been arraigned on new charges.
Richard Stacel was arrested last year for allegedly photographing an 8-year-old girl at a North Massapequa ice cream shop. His arrest sparked an investigation and police say they found lewd photos of female minors on one of Stacel's computer flash drives.
Stacel was arraigned on the additional charges yesterday.
