BALDWIN - A 71-year-old man accused of stalking children is facing charges. 

Police say Philip Malfettone was observed by witnesses on Tuesday watching children on St. Luke's Place in Baldwin and touching himself.

Witnesses also tell police they have seen the Baldwin man parked on that same block before.

Malfettone faces child endangerment and stalking charges.

Detectives also ask anyone who may have been a victim to call the First Squad at 516-573-6155
