Man accused of public lewdness at Patchogue Chuck E. Cheese

MIDDLE ISLAND - A Middle Island father is facing a public lewdness charge for allegedly touching himself inappropriately at a Chuck E. Cheese restaurant in Patchogue, and authorities say it's not his first offense. According to police, Reynaldo Flores had his 7-year-old son with him when he was acting inappropriately around children yesterday. A witness statement says a mother told police she saw Flores touching himself while standing very close to two young girls. Authorities say Flores has been convicted of public lewdness six times dating back to 1996. In 2005, he was arrested for exposing himself to an 11-year-old girl who was doing her homework in a library. Police say Flores has been arrested for acting lewdly or exposing himself at three public libraries, two public beaches, a K-Mart and a Walmart. Under New York state law, despite the volume of lewdness convictions, Flores does not have to register as a sex offender.Man accused of exposing himself in crowded Bohemia bookstore
