PORT JEFFERSON STATION - A Suffolk County man accused of posing as a federal agent was handed down three additional charges in court today. Cops say David Bradley flashed a badge and pulled over a 19-year-old in Port Jefferson Station during a road rage incident on June 10. According to police, Bradley identified himself as an immigration agent, handcuffed the boy and detained him at his home. Bradley's charges were upgraded today to include kidnapping, which is a felony. The other added charges stem from three additional incidents where Bradley allegedly impersonated a federal law enforcement agent, bringing the number of suspected incidents to five.Man accused of impersonating ICE agent denies charges
