LAWRENCE - A man is accused of driving drunk in Lawrence with a woman and a child along for the ride.

Police say that officers spotted a car driven by Terence Murdock come to a sudden stop while exiting the Dunkin' Donuts parking lot on Burnside Avenue. Officers approached after they saw a woman and a young girl get out of the car.

Police say Murdock, of Brooklyn, was determined to be intoxicated. He was taken into custody.

Murdock is facing aggravated felony DWI charges under Leandra's Law.
