WOODBURY - A man accused of killing his stepfather with a samurai sword has pleaded guilty to manslaughter and is expected to be sentenced to 25 years in prison.

Zachary Gibian, of Hauppauge, had been granted a new trial after mistakes were made at his first trial.

Police say Gibian nearly beheaded his stepfather, Scott Nager, while Nager slept in 2005.
