WOODBURY - The man charged in the fatal crash that killed a couple from Long Island pleaded guilty today as part of a plea deal offered by prosecutors.

Luis Munoz, of Ossining, was allegedly drunk when he hit and killed Melissa Rupa, of Valley Stream, and her boyfriend Rafaelito DeJesus. Prosecutors say the couple was riding a motorcycle when Munoz plowed into them in June.

As part of the deal, Munoz faces between six and 18 years behind bars.
