Long Island Ducks hold fireworks show after Independence Day game

LONG ISLAND - The Long Island Ducks celebrated the Fourth of July by combining two American traditions--baseball and fireworks.

A fireworks show went on as scheduled after the team's game against the Camden Riversharks on Friday.

The Ducks team honored Independence Day by wearing camouflage jerseys that they plan to auction off for a good cause.

While dedicated fans had their holiday planned out, many Long Islanders decided to attend the game after the rain postponed many firework shows in the area.

The Ducks beat the Riversharks with a score of 5-2.
