ROBERT MOSES - Long Island's fragile coastline could be in for a beating this weekend as Hurricane Irene threatens the East Coast.

Parks officials say they're concerned about all barrier beaches along the South Shore, especially Robert Moses State Park, which has already suffered severe erosion over the past several years.
