LONG BEACH - Kids in Long Beach were back in school today for the first time since Sandy. In Long Beach, three schools were open including Lindell and East elementary schools and the high school.

Officials say all students will go to those three schools until after Thanksgiving. In addition, the Seaford Harbor School reopened today in Seaford. Also, East Rockaway middle and high school kids will attend class starting Thursday in two vacant elementary schools being rented in Baldwin.
