Lockdown lifted at South Side H.S. following nearby burglary investigation

ROCKVILLE CENTRE - School officials tell News 12 a previous lockdown has been lifted at South Side High School in Rockville Centre.

According to officials, Rockville Centre police informed them of a burglary on Shepherd Street near the school and asked them to lock the school down to be safe.

Police tell News 12 there is an ongoing burglary investigation.
