PLAINVIEW - The LIRR is canceling trains due to all of the snow from the nor’easter.

So far, 14 trains are canceled this morning and there is a long list of changes.

Meanwhile, if you are flying out of MacArthur Airport, Southwest flights will resume at 10:20 a.m. US Airways will have flights beginning at 11:20 a.m. At JFK and LaGuardia airports hundreds of flights are either canceled or delayed.

If you do need to get around Nassau County, NICE Bus says major delays and detours are likely through this morning’s commute, especially on the North Shore.
