LAWRENCE - Officials say new security cameras have been installed at the Cedarhurst and Lawrence LIRR stations.

The cameras were put up after swastikas appeared on walls at the stations.

The anti-Semitic symbols first appeared at the station in 2012 and then appeared again as recently as last month.

Officials hope the cameras will catch the vandals and deter other ones.
