WOODBURY - The Long Island Power Authority has ordered a review of $223 million in storm costs processed by National Grid last year.

Newsday say the utility has questions about a $160,000 bill in limo charges and thousands more in alcoholic drinks. LIPA says most of the costs happened last September, when outside crews were brought in for Hurricane Earl.

National Grid says expenses in support of the storms will be validated or, if inappropriate, removed.
