PLAINVIEW - According to LIPA, 99 percent of customers now have their power back.

However, the news is extra frustrating for the 1 percent still living more than two weeks in darkness and cold.

In East Meadow, crews delivered a utility pole to the neighborhood, restoring power after 15 days without heat.
