LEVITTOWN - More than 180,000 Long Islanders are without power, and that number is on the rise amid a strong nor'easter that is bearing down on the region. In Levittown, residents say they haven't had power since last Monday, when Superstorm Sandy first hit. Now that another storm is upon the Island, LIPA customers say they're all the more concerned about the restoration timetable. LIPA says about 40,000 customers have lost power due to the nor'easter, but it says its crews will be out working in full force as soon as the worst is over.LIPA Storm CenterNews 12 LI Weather CenterEvacuations issued ahead of nor'easter; shelters open
