Lindenhurst man, Oleksandr Hunko, arrested for crashing into parked car
The incident happened in Lindenhurst just before 9 p.m. (February 25, 2013)
LINDEHURST - A Suffolk County man is under arrest for allegedly taking off after crashing into a parked car in Lindenhurst.
Police say 35-year-old Oleksandr Hunko, of Lindenhurst, crashed into a parked car just before 9 p.m. last night.
Police say Hunko's Hyundai then ended up on a lawn on South Eighth Street near Montauk Highway.
Cops say Hunko ran away, but was later found and charged with DWI and leaving the scene of an accident.
