BAY SHORE - ? Long Islanders are paying less at the pump today as prices continue to drop across the area. Customers at the Gas Stop in Bay Shore were pleased to see that a price for a gallon of regular was down to $3.35. The price is more than 20 cents lower than any other gas station.The national average for gas is down 10 cents since last week. The price on Long Island is down 9 cents. Analysts say with the recent decline in prices, an average driver will save about $20 a week.
