COMMACK - A Commack teenager claims he lost $850 in a ticket promotion sponsored by New York Giants player Terrell Thomas. Christopher is Mayer's middle name. Mayer ended up calling Thomas' representative, who told him that he would be reimbursed if he bought tickets to the game. Five weeks later, Mayer says he still hasn't received the check for $850. "I love Terrell Thomas, I still do," Mayer says. "It kind of hurts a little bit."The company that handled Thomas' ticket giveaway promotion told News 12 Long Island Mayer will be getting a refund.
