Witnesses say she was dragged about 600 feet down the road, about the length of two football fields. Police caught up with Gutierrez several blocks down the road and charged him with DWI, leaving the scene of an accident and vehicular assault.Today would have been Colletti's first day back at Long Beach High School as a junior, but instead, she's recovering from second- and third-degree burns.Gutierrez is being held on $30,000 bond or $15,000 cash bail. He is due in court again next week.
