WOODBURY - In less than 48 hours, people across the Island will go to the polls to vote on their school district's budget.
A lot of districts, including William Floyd, are facing deep cuts if their budget doesn't pass. On Tuesday, voters will have the chance to voice their opinion about the William Floyd School district budget. But today the students staged a rally to have their voices heard.
The school budget for the William Floyd School District, like many other districts, was gutted about $7 million by Albany, which is facing a severe budget crunch.
