LI's bravest put hoses to work with circus in town

OCEANSIDE - Some Asian elephants are getting a nice bath with help from local firefighters at the Firemen's Memorial Field in Oceanside. The elephants are in town with the Clyde Beatty-Cole Brothers Circus. The local fire department says it's a tradition every year to help clean the elephants with the hoses that are usually reserved for much more serious work.The circus has many other attractions, including Siberian and Bengal tigers.
