ALBANY - Gov. Andrew Cuomo laid out an ambitious agenda in yesterday's State of the State address.

The governor's proposals include gun control, abolishing LIPA, raising minimum wage and a 10-point plan to ensure equality for women in the workplace and beyond.

Assemblyman Mike Fitzpatrick (R-Smithtown) says he thinks Cuomo is good for New York. He says he looks forward to a productive year.

Assemblyman Andy Raia (R-Northport) says Cuomo's plans for economic development transcend party lines.
