WOODBURY - The Suffolk's Conservative Party Chairman who is already under investigation has been suspended from his sheriff's department job.     

Ed Walsh has been suspended for 30 days without pay. The Sheriff's Department is not saying why. 

As News 12 has reported, the Sheriff is looking into whether workers, including Walsh, falsely billed Suffolk for hours they didn't work.

Walsh says he's done nothing wrong.
