After half a century, a living legend in the barber business is packing it in.

Neighborhood barber Richard Pastore told customers Thursday that he is retiring after 52 years. Most people in the area know about Oscar's Barber Shop, where haircuts cost $3.50. Pastore has been charging the same price since he started the business in 1962.
