Lawyer: 10-person capacity on boat that capsized killing 3 children

OYSTER BAY - that the boat's manufacturer says its capacity is 10 people. There were 27 people aboard the boat when it sank. The Gaines family hired Della to begin looking for answers. He says they are not immediately planning a lawsuit. Meanwhile, some safety experts say overcrowding may have played a role in the tragedy. Police say alcohol and drugs did not.

David's wake will be held at the Brueggemann Funeral Home in East Northport on Saturday and Sunday, with funeral services to be held at St. Paul's Methodist Church in Northport on Monday.
