K98.3 Morning Show with Steve and Leanna back on the air after homophobic hoax

WOODBURY - Two Long Island DJs that were suspended for a homophobic birthday invitations hoax are back on the air today.

The K98.3 Morning Show with Steve and Leanna returned this morning.

The move follows a week-long suspension for a fake, homophobic response to a fictitious girl's birthday party.

A picture of their made-up response was on websites around the globe.

This morning, listeners heard Steve and Leanna joined by local gay rights advocate David Kilmick.
