OCEANSIDE - Jury selection will begin today in the case of an Oceanside man accused of a deadly case of road rage.
Evan Potts is charged with criminally negligent homicide and manslaughter.
Prosecutors say in 2009, Potts got into an argument in Long Beach with another driver, Ian Sharrin.
Cops say when Sharrin got out of his car, Potts allegedly ran him over and killed him.
The lawyer for Potts says he was just trying to get away.
