Police say Joseph Iorio hit a man on a bike yesterday morning on Jamaica Avenue in Medford.

MEDFORD - A Patchogue teen accused in a hit-and-run crash that seriously hurt a bicyclist faced a judge Wednesday.

Police say Joseph Iorio hit a man on a bike yesterday morning on Jamaica Avenue in Medford.

Iorio allegedly left, but they were able to arrest the 19-year-old shortly after at his home.

Iorio is charged with leaving the scene of a crash that involved a serious physical injury.
