EAST PATCHOGUE - A Patchogue man is accused of drunken driving with his 5-year-old son in the car.

Police say 29-year-old Jose Amaya was pulled over early this morning on Montauk Highway near Lenox Avenue in East Patchogue. They say he was driving erratically and crossing a double yellow line.

Prosecutors say Amaya was convicted of driving while intoxicated just two years ago.

Amaya is charged with felony DWI, endangering the welfare of a child, false impersonation for giving a fake name to police, criminal contempt and other traffic violations.
