A nurse's aide has been accused of dropping and injuring a quadriplegic patient and then trying to cover up what happened.

Jolly Stewart used to work at the John J. Foley nursing home before the Yaphank facility was shut down.

The Office of the Attorney General says Stewart dropped a 57-year-old patient back in 2012 while trying to move her from a wheelchair to a bed.
