WOODBURY - A Patchogue man is accused of driving in stolen car while intoxicated and leading police on a chase.

Investigators say they tried to pull over John Miller on Route 25A in Mount Sinai Friday night, but he would not stop the vehicle.

They followed Miller to County Road 83, and eventually had to use Stop Stick tire-deflation devices to end the pursuit on William Floyd Parkway in Shirley.

Miller will go before a judge on Sunday.
