Police say John Broschart, 73, was drunk when he drove his SUV into a home on Blueberry Lane just before noon yesterday.

HICKSVILLE - A man accused of drunken driving and plowing into a Hicksville home has pleaded not guilty.

Police say John Broschart, 73, was drunk when he drove his SUV into a home on Blueberry Lane just before noon yesterday. 

Broschart crashed through a fence and drove into the rear of the home.

Broschart appeared in court and had his license suspended.

Broschart is due back in court next month.
