HEMPSTEAD - Sources say a worker that hung a dummy by a noose at an Islip Town Park yard has reportedly been suspended without pay.

The dummy was found hanging from the rafters at the Islip Town Parks yard on Halloween.

Another town employee complained about the incident saying he considered the prank an offensive and racist act.

According to Newsday, the unidentified Islip parks department foreman is suspended pending a disciplinary hearing.
