Islanders to stay at Coliseum through 2015

UNIONDALE - The Islanders will not be skipping town before 2015.

The team is said to be in agreement to honor their lease with the Nassau Coliseum through the end of the 2014- 2015 season, according to Newsday.

There are reports the team had discussions about possibly leaving Long Island at the end of this season.

The Islanders will not be suiting up at Barclays Center in Brooklyn until the 2015 season.
