SHIRLEY - ? Cops say a homeless man is accused of trying to rob a pharmacy of prescription drugs in Shirley. According to police, Nicholas Lobianco walked into the Rite Aid on Montauk Highway yesterday. Lobianco allegedly handed a note to an employee and demanded prescription drugs. The 25-year-old left the store before the worker could comply. Lobianco was found hours later at a nearby motel. Lobianco will be arraigned today on attempted robbery charges.
