ROCKVILLE CENTRE - Gov. Andrew Cuomo was on Long Island today to push both his budget plan and his controversial teacher evaluation system. Speaking at Malloy College in Rockville Centre, the governor gave a Feb. 16 deadline for school districts to implement new evaluation systems. Districts that don't comply will lose large amounts of state and federal aid, Cuomo threatened.
