MANHATTAN - Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced a new campaign today to combat distracted driving across the state. Called "Operation Hang Up," the initiative will target drivers using electronic devices, texting or not using hands-free phones. Cuomo says state police will be on the lookout and already issued 150 tickets within the first 12 hours of the launch. The campaign will run through Sunday, April 29.To hear more from Gov.
