WOODBURY - Gas prices are still headed south this Fourth of July weekend.AAA says the national gas price average is now $3.35 per gallon. Long Island residents are paying an average of $3.64 per gallon for regular gas.Travelers can also expect company on the roads. AAA predicts 5-percent more people will be traveling for Independence Day compared to last year. They attribute the boost to lower gas prices.
