WOODBURY - A suspected drunken driver pleaded not guilty today to several charges in the death of his own grandfather.

Gary Hendricks is facing a number of charges, including vehicular manslaughter. Hendricks was originally charged with DWI.

Investigators say he was speeding and driving with a blood alcohol level twice the legal limit when he flipped over on Sunrise Highway in East Patchogue last week.

His 77-year-old grandfather Isaac Beal was killed in the crash.
