HEMPSTEAD - A man delivering furniture for Bob's Discount Furniture is accused of forcibly touching a woman while on the job.

Rafael Garcia is accused of touching a woman's rear end and looking up her dress as he delivered furniture to her house.

According to court documents obtained by News 12, Garcia admitted to touching the victim Tuesday. Nassau police say Garcia will be considered a Level 1 sex offender if convicted.

Bob's Discount Furniture told News 12 that Garcia works for an independent delivery service.

Police are asking anyone else who feels they may have been victimized to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS
