OYSTER BAY - Family and friends will say their final goodbyes tonight to a journalist from Long Island who was killed in Syria.

Marie Colvin, a 25-year war correspondent, was killed in a rocket attack last month. After Colvin's death, her family fought to have her body sent from Homs, Syria to the United States.

Colvin was 56. Her funeral will take place Monday at the Church of St. Dominic's in Oyster Bay.
