CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The second day of the Democratic National Convention wrapped up tonight with former President Bill Clinton taking the stage in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Early in the evening, Rep. Steve Israel, from Hauppauge, addressed the convention saying the president will stick by the middle class and preserve the American dream.

Tomorrow, addresses from Vice President Joe Biden and President Barack Obama will close the convention.
