MONTAUK - Federal officials will survey the blizzard damage done to the East End today.

Hotels and houses in Montauk are at risk of being swept into the sea.

Officials from FEMA will determine whether the area qualifies for disaster aid this morning.

Yesterday, dozens of Montauk residents and business owners came before the East Hampton town board.

The owner of Gurney's is among those worried that future storms will destroy the popular resort community.
