COMMACK - Federal agents executed a raid on a Commack home Friday morning where they arrested a man on child pornography charges.

Investigators say 31-year-old Stephen Milner admitted to downloading child pornography for the past 10 years. They say he admitted to looking at it as recently as Friday morning.

Federal agents executed a search warrant at the home he shares with his parents in Commack. They say they confiscated electronic devices, including a hard drive with disturbing media on it.

According to court documents, some of the videos on the drive showed girls around 7 years old performing sex acts on a man.

At the home, Milner's father told News 12 Long Island, "I am shocked and saddened and heartbroken."

Neighbors say Milner's mother sometimes baby sits children and used to run a day care center at the home, more than 10 years ago.

Milner was released on a $100,000 secure bond and must obey certain conditions. He is on home detention with location monitoring and is not allowed anywhere near children.
