The man accused of stealing a hockey glove from the Islanders bench has turned himself in.

Police say Matthew Kircheim took the glove after the last game at the Nassau Coliseum last month.

He is facing petit larceny charges.

Kircheim was released on an appearance ticket and is due in court on June 2.
