MEDFORD - The family of a Medford massacre victim has been given the OK to go ahead with their lawsuit.

Stan Xuhui Li is one of three doctors being sued by the mother of one of the victims.

The lawsuit claims the constant prescribing of pain pills to the confessed killer put the public at risk.

Newsday says a Suffolk judge has ruled the lawsuit can go forward.
